How do I purchase a gift certificate?
If you would like one of the premade packages above you simply call 905-420-0020 during normal business hours and order the one you wish. During the telephone call, you will be given the total value including tax and will be given the option of paying via MasterCard, Visa or e-Transfer. Please note that any of these packages above carry a six (6) month expiration date, from the time of purchase. If you purchase any amount in Dollars, (non-specific to any services), there are neither tax nor expiration dates applied. Upon receipt of payment, a gift certificate will be filled out with the accurate information you requested, and a picture of the gift certificate will be taken. A second photo will be taken featuring the gift certificate and receipt and will be sent via text to your cell number or email address provided. At this point the original can be mailed to you or the recipient via Canada Post First Class Mail; OR sent as an email attachment OR as an attachment to a text sent to your cell number. Subsequently, you can also stop by our location and pick up your gift certificate!
Anything else I need to know?
All gift certificates are non-refundable, however, are transferable to another individual or the services stated on the gift certificate provided these services are redeemed within the time frames indicated. We require a minimum of 24-hours cancellation notice or the service booked will be forfeited. By appointment only.
All gift certificates can be used only against services offered and cannot be applied to any retail item or tip payment.
