Ok, I don't take care of my face as I should, for the haters out there. 2 yrs ago I got a deep cleansing facial done and the esthetican tortured me for 25 minutes extracting all the Milia on my face. Seriously it really hurt. As a result I have not had a facial for two years. A week ago I came to Beauty-Full Spa and had many Milias removed from my entire face. It wasn't a pleasant experience, however, this esthetican didn't tortured me taking only 10 minutes to get all the extractions done. I am a realist, even if I do it myself it hurts and why would I think that if someone else did it for me it would be pain free. Bottom line is to clean my face more often and get frequent deep cleansing facials. Overall, Beauty-Full Spa gets 9/10 and they are the 1st spa to ever tell me it can all be done on the same day, not "you need to come back tomorrow". Everyone buys insurance, but never for their own looks or should I say personal appearance, unless they are the Hollywood type. So for years I never took care of my face, plus I smoked which really sped up the aging process. I learned that after the age of 25 I start loosing the thickness of my skin at 1.5% per year. My intention is to return to Beauty-Full Spa every two months and get a Deep Cleansing Facial. I had my first facial ever today - 62, never too late to start anything and my doctor always tells my body is a forgiving vessal. I had some nasty blackhead around my nose and hair line. When I drove up I saw a little house and thought interesting, so I parked and went it. I received a warm welcome and immediately felt like I had known these people all my life. Then I had the most amazing facial that took years off my face. The esthetican suggested I have a combination Diamond Peel Microdermabrasion with Ultrasonic Therapy in combination with a Deep Cleansing Facial. Even my lover commented on how soft and clean my face was after these treatments and at half the cost that I have paid both in New York City and Montreal at more upscale spas.
